⚠️ Important: DeltaBuddy is an analytics and tools platform. It does not provide SEBI-registered investment advice, tips, or recommendations. All trading decisions are made solely by the user at their own risk.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DeltaBuddy ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

DeltaBuddy is a SaaS analytics platform that provides:

F&O option chain data and analysis tools
Gamma Exposure (GEX) and Greeks visualization
Portfolio tracking and paper trading simulation
Market data dashboards (VIX, PCR, Max Pain, OI)
Telegram-based market alerts (opt-in)

3. Not Investment Advice

DeltaBuddy is a data analytics tool. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any securities. DeltaBuddy is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Advisor. Past data displayed does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to trade F&O instruments in India to use this platform.

5. Subscription and Payments

DeltaBuddy offers a free 90-day trial with full access
Pro subscription: ₹299 per quarter
Payments are processed via PayU / Razorpay
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
You may cancel at any time from your account settings

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests made within 7 days of a payment will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@deltabuddy.com with your payment reference. Refunds are not available for partial subscription periods.

7. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

8. User Responsibilities

Keep your account credentials secure
Do not share your account with others
Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate the platform
Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose

9. Broker API Integration

DeltaBuddy allows optional integration with your Dhan broker account via API. You are responsible for the security of your API credentials. DeltaBuddy does not place trades without explicit user action. We are not responsible for losses resulting from trades placed via the platform.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of market data, or completeness of information. Market data is sourced from NSE and may be delayed or unavailable at times.

11. Limitation of Liability

DeltaBuddy shall not be liable for any trading losses, data errors, or service interruptions. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 3 months.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
