DeltaBuddy offers a 90-day free trial with full Pro access before any payment is required. We encourage you to fully evaluate the platform before subscribing.

Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests made within 7 days of a payment are eligible for a full refund
- Requests made after 7 days are not eligible for refunds
- Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods
- If the platform was inaccessible for more than 48 continuous hours due to our fault, a proportional credit will be applied
How to Request a Refund
Email support@deltabuddy.com with:
- Your registered email address
- Payment reference number (UPI transaction ID or PayU/Razorpay order ID)
- Reason for refund request
We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellation stops future billing immediately
- You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
- No cancellation fees are charged
