• Account information — email address, display name (collected via Google or email sign-in)
• Usage data — features used, option chain lookups, settings preferences
• Broker API credentials — Dhan API keys (stored encrypted, used only to fetch your portfolio data)
• Payment information — subscription status and payment reference numbers (we do not store card or UPI details)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the DeltaBuddy platform
• To send Telegram alerts you have subscribed to
• To manage your subscription status
• To respond to support queries

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage

Your account data is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore), hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. Data is stored in secure, encrypted databases. Broker API keys are stored encrypted and are never logged or shared.

4. Third-Party Services

• Firebase / Google — authentication and database
• NSE India — market data (option chain, FII/DII, events)
• Telegram — for alert delivery (only if you opt in)
• PayU / Razorpay — payment processing

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (Firebase session cookies). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email below.

7. Your Rights

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for Telegram notifications at any time

8. Children's Privacy

DeltaBuddy is intended for adults (18+) engaged in F&O trading. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
